As our Registered Homecare/Branch Manager, you will manage the day to day operations, building upon a network of private and local authority clients, by identifying and developing areas of growth. You will inspire your team to deliver the highest quality of care at all times and display strong leadership skills. This will also include:

· Business development;
· Networking;
· Meeting with potential and existing clients;
· Recruitment, training, supervision and appraisal of all office and care staff;
· Staff Retention;
· Risk Assessments;
· Care Planning;
· Relationship building;
· Quality Assurance Visits;
· Dealing with any complaints;
· Ensure that the service meets and exceeds CQC Essential Standards.

What experience & qualifications do you need?

· You will need to be Quality Focussed but also have an excellent business mind.
· You will have the autonomy to oversee unique services and drive forward the organisation in a stage of ongoing growth.
· You will be qualified to QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care, or equivalent.
· You will also be a car driver.
