After 9 years of working both as a Registered Manager and within Care Recruitment , and also following her Aunties abuse within a Care Home, Victoria Marsden, our Chief Executive formed Health & Social Care Jobs.  This was in 2010, Victoria felt passionately, that attitudes within health and social care recruitment should be adapted.  The focus should be switched from a commission based motivation, to that of influencing and supporting the quality of candidates entering the Sector and ultimately the support being delivered.

We are not financially driven, none of our team earn commission, and most of our team have worked within the Health & Social Care Sector themselves or have personal experience of supporting others.  Collectively we have experience of the Homecare/Domiciliary Care, Children's Services, Learning Disabilities, Older People's Care, Nursing and Mental Health Sectors.
