They even receive amazing feedback such as this, “they have transformed my life.” Hours of work & benefits package Monday – Friday 9-5 with occasional on call duties. 37.5 Hours per week £42-45K per annum, Plus Fantastic Benefits Various London locations Senior Complex Care Nurse Job Role Working within their Adult Complex Care Team, this is a community nursing/ field-based role and as an Adult Nurse Case Manager your role would be providing face to face support to their clients and families. Your role will also be to create very person-centred care plans for each individual to maximise the quality of the care you and your teams provide. You would work closely with a core team of carers training and supporting them with clinical skills and activities. As a Case Manager your role is pivotal within the community and you will be working very closely with outside agencies, multi-disciplinary teams, commissioners and CCG’s to ensure bespoke packages of care are delivered to a high standard. (Key responsibilities/ a full job description can be provided following application) Key requirements for the role are: Registered Nurse (RN) Qualified with a minimum of 6 months experience within the UK and an active NMC Pin Number Tracheostomy and Ventilator experience is essential. Excellent written and verbal communications skills as well as attention to detail. An excellent supportive manager with demonstratable experience of supervising a staff team. You will be confident, with a passion for high quality care and a can-do attitude that you cascade to others. We are seeking full time and part time Night Care Assistants to work nights In Much Hadham, situated on the borders of Essex and Hertfordshire close to Harlow & Bishop’s Stortford. . Location This role is a short drive from Bishop’s Stortford, Harlow, Sawbridgeworth and surrounding areas but please note they are not on a public transport route. Their site is based in picturesque parkland, but also close to nearby towns and amenities. Who will I be working for? The provider supports people with epilepsy and other complex needs from the age of 5 through to 80 in their Children’s Home, School, College, Residential Homes with Nursing and Day Centre. Over 150 adults and children call this their home, making them an inspirational place to do great work. What would I be doing? As a Night Care Assistant, you would be ensuring the safety of adults, children, and young people with epilepsy, learning disabilities and complex health needs. The residents will sleep soundly knowing you are on hand to follow their individual care plan and use the night health monitoring equipment to keep them safe. You will provide personal care, administer medication, and keep accurate records of any interventions with the residents. Previous experience in care and relevant qualifications are not essential but would be an advantage. You will need to be comfortable working with adults and children with complex needs. Your excellent communication skills and sensitivity towards others will enable you to thrive in this interesting and rewarding environment.
