We have a Full Time, Permanent job vacancy for a Qualified Social Worker in the Manchester or Liverpool area. Car Driver Essential. Must have Older Adult Experience. £32K - £38K Per Annum, Depending on working hours, Full-Time Hours Available 30 - 38 Hours Location This job vacancy will involve working across Manchester and Liverpool, working autonomously and remotely. Your Role As a Qualified Social Worker, you would provide social, welfare, and care services to the people you support, and it is the aim of the charity to support individuals and families to rebuild their lives and integrate into society. You would positively engage with each individual and break down barriers building innovative support packages You will be the main point of contact in the area. You will inherit and manage a caseload of Older Adults and their relatives, you will build trusting relationships with each of them, and you will help them find the best support either through the service or social services. The service is personal and supportive, and you will have more time to spend with the people you support, building relationships, networking in the local community, and signposting. Essential Criteria You will be a Registered Social Worker (CQSW, BA Social Work, DipSW). You will have at least 2 years’ previous experience with Social Services. Experience working with older adults and their families is essential. It is essential that you have a driving license and access to a car.
