Our Social Care Jobs Team are looking for a Full Time, Permanent, Adults Team Leader for a Supported Living Service / Scheme for Adults with Learning Disabilities in the Knaresborough Area of North Yorkshire.
£9.50 - £11.00 per hour plus fantastic opportunities to develop.

Your Job as Team Leader
As an Assistant Service Manager, you will support the Service Manager overseeing the day to day management of the supported living service, the adults they support and supervise the staff team on a daily basis. Your job will be to ensure the service is safe, flexible and caring. You will ensure the team is encouraging and supporting the individual/s with everyday living, this includes socially activities, physical activities, offering housing & financial advice, learning life skills such as cooking, budgeting whilst ensuring that they are safe within their home and the wider community.
Dealing with outside agencies and relatives.
Carrying out Assessments and developing the needs of the people we support
Supervising & mentoring the staff team to be the best Support Workers they can be
