We are looking for an Adult Service Manager for the Clifton / Rawcliffe area of York, North Yorkshire (YO30 area). This would a full-time permanent position working with adults with Learning Disabilities in a Supported Living Scheme.  

Clifton is within easy commuting distance and is 1.5 to 3 miles from York City centre.  
  • £26K- £32K per annum DOE & Qualifications.

The Provider
We are recruiting on behalf of a unique provider who promote independence for adults living with Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health conditions, and complex needs in their own flat or Supported Living scheme. This provider believes that everyone should be themselves no matter what.

As their Adult Service Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the service. You will be responsible for supervising your staff team and ensuring the individuals they support each day receive the highest quality care and support. Your duties will include:

 
  • Service Team Leadership and Management.
  • Planning, organising, and supervising the staff team.
  • Caring, guiding, and teaching your staff team.
  • Deliver person Led care and support to a high standard.
  • Risk Assessments, Safeguarding and support planning.
Criteria
  • Minimum Level 3 Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
  • Experience of supervising/managing a staff team in Adult Social Care.
  • Experience of working with Adults with Learning Disabilities.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
