We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established Registered Charity with over 50-years of history supporting adults and children with Learning Disabilities and Autism. They provide support, care and learning for over 1200 individuals and their vision is for every person they support to live a life that makes sense to them. Your Role
As the Adult Service Manager, you will oversee a team of 20 team members, supporting 12 people in total.  You will be an excellent role model and be someone who encourages, supports, and nurtures their team.  You will mentor staff, complete supervisions and appraisals and ensure they have all the training they need.   Leading a great team to deliver fantastic person-centred support which is fresh and creative but more importantly genuine.
 
  • Lead, mentor and coach the staff team.
  • Manage the rota and planning of all shifts, ensuring cover for sickness & holidays.
  • Complete risk assessments and support plans.
  • Responsibility for the budget, compliance and meet all regulatory and internal requirements.
  • Build excellent relationships with all external partners and families.
  • You will be part of a wider team of managers who collectively support each other and share ideas.
  • Recruitment and onboarding of any new staff members to your team.
