Health & Social Care Jobs are recruiting for an Adult Service Manager close to the Camden area of East London. This is an exciting opportunity to join a new transitional service supporting adults living with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and challenging behaviours.
The role is based in Stratford and is a short walk from Stratford Station. It is approximately a 30-minute commute from Camden via the London Overground service.
- £31K per annum + benefits.
- Full-time hours (will include on-call).

As their Service Manager, you will join at an exciting time and have an opportunity to shape the service from the start. You will help build the new staff team and transitioning the adults you support into the new service. The service will support 4 adults, helping them to learn independent life skills to help them move into their own independent living environment. You will be key in motivating and inspiring your team, rota planning, support plans, managing budgets, and monthly reports. You will also help take on further support services as the service grows in the future.

- Experience of supporting Adults with Learning Disabilities & Challenging Behaviours.
- Minimum of 2-years’ experience managing/supervising a staff team.
- Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care or Leadership & Management.
- Excellent knowledge of CQC and other relevant regulations.
