We are looking for Full or Part time Adult Support Workers for the Chorley area of Lancashire. No experience needed just a passion for doing something amazing!

What does a Support Worker do?

As a Support Worker, you would help someone every day to bring out their best potential, to achieve goals and to play a massive part in shaping that person’s future.  There is nothing more rewarding than seeing someone achieve something however small that may be.  But when you see them achieve something massive, wow what a feeling!

You would support someone to stay safe, happy, and ensure that wherever possible their dreams and aspirations can be met. This could be supporting with everyday tasks, such as housework, preparing a meal or supporting them to access college courses, activities or making an individual’s goal become reality.

Do I need experience?

We class experience as supportive, empathetic, calm, tolerant, positive, caring and compassionate, and someone who has a real passion to go to work every day and come home with a smile on your face, knowing you have made a difference to someone. So, if you have any of these, you have all the experience we need!
