The Role

You would be supporting a young man in his 30s who lives in his own home who has a mild acquired brain injury (ABI). He enjoys watching football, meeting up with friends, going on holidays, camping, watching films, eating out, and participating in outdoor activities.

As a Support Worker, you will build a relationship with this young man and provide social interactions. You will support him in doing these social and leisure activities as well as accompanying him on holidays either abroad or in the UK.

About Us

You will be employed by the client’s Financial Deputy, but you will be working alongside us. We are an extra special case management company who provide rehabilitation and long-term support for people living with brain and spinal injuries. We have been providing support for over 20 years and our directors are innovators in the sector. Our service was built around seeing that people with brain injuries would prefer to be treated in their own homes with their families around them. We have built a fantastic reputation and pride ourselves on ensuring that we recruit specifically to suit the needs of the clients we support and making a positive difference in their lives.

Key Information

  • £9.00 - £12.00 per hour DOE.
  • Part-time hours, 15-hours per week worked flexibly over 7-days.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, has a positive personality, good communication skills, and is willing to learn.
