We are looking to recruit Learning Disabilities Advocates & Support Workers, living close to the Weybridge area of Surrey – No Experience is needed although it would be desirable if you are a Car Driver so you can drive the company mobility vehicle.
This position is located within a lovely village within commutable distance from Runnymede (9 miles/18 Mins), Weybridge (4 miles / 11 Mins) Egham (6.3 miles / 14 Mins), Leatherhead (13.9 Miles, 19 Mins), Woking (4.1 Miles/13 Mins), Camberley (10.6 Miles / 22 Mins). With fantastic transport links close to the M25 and M3.
A Learning Disabilities Advocate & Support Worker does not Care for someone but Supports them and encourages them to be as independent as possible. For example:
- Accompanying an individual to activities or appointments.
- Supporting with daily living skills such as cooking and cleaning
- Encouraging our individuals to reach their full potential
- Some personal care may be involved which could include assisting with personal hygiene, washing toileting or bathing.
You would be working with Adults who have either a Learning Disability, Physical Disability, Dementia or Complex needs within their home. The people you support may vary from fairly independent to wheelchair users. You will have a positive personality and a strong desire to make a difference in a person’s life. You will be empowering people to make choices and live life to the full, this is a feeling like no other.

Pay Rates & Hours of a Support Worker
- £18'000 per annum + benefits;
- Full-time hours or Part-Time Hours
- Shifts are on a Rota Basis planned in advance. Example of Shift Patterns: -
- 6.30-7.30 am Start Until 14:00 – 16:00, 13:30 – 14:30 pm, 20:00-22:00 pm
- 20:45-07:15 am Nights, 11pm – 7 am Sleep in’s
