We are looking to recruit for a Full time, Permanent Job Vacancy for a Team Leader/ Deputy Manager for a Adult Supported Living Service based 13 minutes away from Thanet, Kent Via the A28.  £22’500 per annum.  A Car Driver is essential for this job vacancy.

This provider has a fantastic culture across all their services, promoting continuous improvement, heavily invested in training and developing new state of the art facilities.  

The Service & Your Role

This service is home to a small number of individuals with complex needs and profound learning disabilities.  All individuals residing at the home have mobility needs and require high levels of personal care.  As the Team Leader/Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the service manager to implement current legislation and CQC requirements, whilst inspiring and motivating your team to provide high quality care.  You will play an active role in the care of all individuals, promoting and maintaining person-centred approaches.  You will be an important link between management and staff teams, attending care reviews, updating care plans and risk assessments, conducting team meetings and staff supervisions.

Essential Criteria

  • Min. Level 3 Health & Social Care Adults (or equivalent)
  • Leadership experience within a complex care residential setting
  • Great knowledge of relevant legislation and CQC requirements
  • Successful track record of supporting management to high CQC standards
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Age 18 years of age or over*
