We have a Full Time, Permanent job vacancy for a Team Leader for an Adult Supported Living Service in the Blackpool area of Lancashire.
£24 - £28,000 per annum, plus fantastic opportunities for you to develop.

You would be joining a unique provider who promotes independence for the adults they support, who all live in their own flats or supported living schemes.
As a Team Leader you will oversee the supported living service, the adults they support and supervise the staff team on a daily basis. Your job will be to ensure the service is safe, flexible and caring. You will ensure the team is encouraging and supporting the individuals with everyday living. This includes social activities, physical activities, offering housing / financial advice and learning life skills such as cooking and budgeting whilst ensuring that they are safe within their home and the wider community.
- Rota Planning
- Dealing with outside agencies and relatives.
- Carrying out Assessments
- Developing the needs of the people we support
- Supervising & mentoring the staff team to be the best Support Workers
- Minimum 1 years’ experience as a Senior Support Worker/Team leader
- Experience of working with Adults with Learning Disabilities.
- Level 5 Leadership & Management or willing to work towards
- Ability to lead, manage & develop a service team.
- Experience supporting vulnerable individuals.
- Full UK Driving Licence
