We are seeking an Area Service Manager (Learning Disabilities) close to the Chesterfield area of Derbyshire. It is essential that you have experience managing a service, working with adults with working living with challenging & complex behaviours, ideally within a supported living environment. You must hold minimum NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care. Being a car driver is also essential.
The role will be covering specialist services in the Derbyshire area with a view to expanding the role into Warwickshire in the future. The services are commutable from the A61, A617 and a short commute off the M1.

As an Area Service Manager, you will be a strong leader, providing clear and structured leadership across the services. You will effectively lead and support the services, ensuring that the highest standard of care and support is always provided. You will be pivotal in designing and implementing all aspects of a commissioned package, ensuring all services meet CQC requirements. You will have a positive attitude and ensure the company’s values are upheld, cascading this to your teams and using this to build relationships with families, commissioners, and other professionals.
