Assistant Service Manager

Based in Barnsley, South Yorkshire our client is rated Outstanding with the CQC, they provide Rehabilitation services for people whom have an ABI (Acquired Brain Injury) and offer rehabilitation support to help from Hospital, through Residential Service to Home.


Your Role as Assistant Service Manager


You will have experience of working in Supported Living or within a Learning Disability or Mental Health Environment, you will be open minded to continuing to learn and adapt and utilise the experience around you to support people’ successful rehabilitation. You will be an inspirational leader, supporting the team and ensuring a smooth running of the service. 


You will share their values of, and be passionate for delivering only the highest standards in care and support, as well as excellent knowledge of statutory and regulatory requirements.


£11.05 per hour

35 Hours per week (Mix of Early & Lates)


Experience of Supervising a staff team.

A passion for learning, ideally someone who wants to progress.

Experienced and passionate about providing positive outcomes for people.

A minimum qualification of QCF Level 3 or equivalent / or above.

Positivity, creativity, energy, caring and integrity essential.

A full driving licence is required due to the role requiring travel between services.

This role is based in Barnsley, but very close to the M1 so could be commutable from Sheffield, Rotherham, Wakefield, Dewsbury, Huddersfield and Leeds areas of Yorkshire.
