We are looking for full or part time Autism Advocates & Companions in the Attleborough area of Warwickshire. No experience needed just a passion for doing something amazing!

What does the role involve?

An Autism Advocate & Companion helps someone living with Autism/Learning Disabilities every day to bring out their best potential, to achieve goals, and to play a massive part in shaping that person’s future. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing someone achieve something however small that may be. But when you see them achieve something massive, wow what a feeling!

You would support someone to stay safe, happy and ensure that wherever possible their dreams and aspirations can be met. This could be supporting with everyday tasks, such as housework, preparing a meal or supporting them to access college courses, activities or making an individual’s goal become reality.

Do I need experience?

We class experience as supportive, empathetic, calm, tolerant, positive, caring and compassionate and someone who has a real passion to go to work every day and come home with a smile on your face, knowing you have made a difference to someone. So, if you have any of these, you have all the experience we need!

Pay & Benefits

  • £8.46 per hour for under 25s.
  • £8.72 per hour for over 25s.
  • Pension Scheme & FREE DBS.
  • Full Time or Part–Time hours available.
  • Full Training provided enabling you to progress and develop your career
