Locations

This homecare provider provides home visits to older adults in the local community and they have job vacancies in High Wycombe, Amersham, Little Chalfont, Chalfont St Peter, Chalfont St Giles, Beaconsfield, Chesham, Stokenchurch, Marlow, Bourne End, Gerrards Cross, and surrounding areas of South Buckinghamshire.

Your Employer

To this provider, ‘care’ means quality care! The owners opened the service following a personal experience of finding it difficult to find high quality care for a family member and they have a passion to make sure everyone in their local community has the same type of care they were able to find. The company’s mission is to support older adults to be independent in their own homes, providing bespoke person-centred care service that really does benefit the people they support. Every visit is no less than an hour, meaning they can really tailor the support received whether that be companionship, home help or personal care services.

We need caring people like you

Often an older person may only receive help when it is an emergency. This provider supports older adults from the very moment they need it, it could be that they have lost their confidence, they could have memory problems, they could have an illness, or they have just become less bothered about life and a bit lonely! Really sad isn’t it? That’s why they need you! To carry on the good work this provider does in the local community and make a difference in a person’s life!

Your Duties

You will be perfectly matched to clients, kept as close to home as possible, and you will always see the same clients too. Could you: -

  • Have flexible availability including some early mornings, lunchtimes, evenings, and alternate weekends?
  • Help someone with their housekeeping?
  • Assist with personal care when required?
  • Help someone prepare a meal or collect some shopping for them?
  • Be a fantastic companion and friend?
  • Help someone continue to do and enjoy the things they love?

This is more than a job, it is a vocation and to do this job you will need to be kind and compassionate, with a big heart! If you can make an older person’s life brighter, feel great satisfaction from doing it, then you are exactly who we are looking for.
