Full Time, Permanent, Business Development Manager, Midlands – Car Driver & Health & Social Care Background Essential.
- £55K per annum, plus £3600 Car Allowance, 10-20% Performance Bonus
- Home based with UK travel.
This is a unique organisation that provide support from Birth to end of Life for a wide range of people who have learning disabilities, brain or spinal injuries, life limiting illnesses, or require complex care support. They are an expert team, who all have specialist backgrounds within their field. This includes acquired brain injury, rehabilitation, psychology, complex care, supported living, spinal injuries or learning disabilities backgrounds. Together they form the expertise required to enable them to be the employer of choice and I fantastic team to be part of who all share knowledge & expertise to deliver the highest level of care to the people they support.
As a business they cover everything from Residential & Supported Living, Homecare, Rehabilitation as well as complex case management.
As their business development Manager, you will ideally have a previous background within Residential / Supported Living with a wealth of experience within either Learning Disabilities, Acquired Brain Injury, rehabilitation, or complex needs settings. However, a Health or Social Care Background is essential. You will also have:
- A proven track record in a commercial or business development role.
- Experience of mergers & Acquisitions within the Health or Social Care Sector
- Demonstrable history of building strong relationships with commissioners and LA’s.
- Confident in presenting & public speaking.
- Demonstrable history of commercial growth within the social Care sector.
- Delivering Bids, tendering for new business & retaining existing contracts.
