Care & Compliance Manager, Leeds

£30K - £40K per annum DOE

Full-time, 37.5 – 40 hours per week

We are looking for the best Care & Compliance Manager living close to the Leeds area of West Yorkshire.

As their Care & Compliance Manager, you will be an integral part to the service delivery and a key part in ensuring that high standards are delivered at all times. You may carry out auditing and quality checks, client reviews and you will cascade best practice to ensure that all procedures and the service exceed CQC standards. You will play a key part in developing the service and helping it reach new levels.

What experience & qualifications are required?

  • You will have experience in the homecare sector and knowledge of CQC requirements;
  • You will have a proven track record in turning around homecare services;
  • You will hold an NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care, or equivalent;
  • It is essential that you are a car driver and have access to a vehicle;
