You do not need to drive either as we offer a subsidised staff transport service in Harlow, Bishop’s Stortford, Sawbridgeworth, Hertford and Ware. So, you can relax knowing your transport to and from work is covered.

About Us

We are a unique charity with over a 100-years of history, situated in 68 acres of Hertfordshire parkland between Harlow and Bishop’s Stortford. We support people with Epilepsy and other complex needs in our Children’s Home, School, College, Residential Homes with nursing and Day Centre, allowing them to achieve their aspirations and full potential. Over 150 adults and children call this their home making it an inspirational place to do great work.

The Opportunity

We currently have exciting Care & Learning Support Worker job vacancies supporting our residents aged 19 – 80 to live their lives as independently as possible in our well-equipped on-site bungalows and college. Our teams assist ensure the highest standard of care to our adults, supporting their physical, emotional, and behavioural needs. They support with elements pf personal care and administering medication (we’ll train you on this). They also support with leisure activities which can differ depending on the person but can include horse-riding and swimming,

Key Information

We offer a mixture of early and late shifts (7.15am – 2.45pm and 2.15pm – 9.45pm), and weekend work across our full- time, part-time, casual roles, and an excellent range of staff benefits, including:
