We are recruiting for a Care Assistant to join a family-run Homecare service for older adults in the local community of Chiswick, Greater London. No previous experience as a Care Assistant / Carer / Care Worker / Healthcare Assistant is required as paid training will be provided. Drivers preferred, but not essential.

This permanent Care Assistant job vacancy may also suit applicants living in the Ealing, Acton, Hammersmith, and Shepherd’s Bush areas of Greater London.  

Care Assistant - Pay rates & benefits
  • £12.00 per hour + benefits (increased pay rate for Supervisor jobs).
  • Permanent, full-time, and part-time hours available.
  • Bespoke work pattern
  • Company pension scheme
  • Birthday bonus
  • 20 days annual leave + 8 Bank Holidays
  • Enhanced pay on Bank Holidays – 1.5x / 2x normal rate
  • Paid training from day one of the induction.
The Provider
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established home care/domiciliary care provider who have been supporting older adults for 30-years. With an Outstanding rating with CQC, they are small and boutique, and provide a supportive culture that makes you feel at home while you are at work. When team members have been with the company between 20-24 years, this speaks volumes.

As a Care Assistant, you will be key in providing care, support to your clients, ensuring their welfare and maintaining their independence in their own home.
