Sound good? What does being a Care Assistant & Companion involve?
People often have the wrong perception of what the job will involve. All their clients’ needs vary, from companionship, assisting with personal care, domestic duties & preparing meals to help with medication or taking them out to keep doing the things they have always done and enjoy doing. If you also think about everything you do daily, you would be supporting someone to do the same.
Sometimes it is the littlest acts of kindness that make the biggest difference! If you are the type of person who goes above and beyond for someone in need and you have the desire and the time to make a positive difference to the life of an older person, then we would love to hear from you.
Everyone at this organisation shares a passion for providing great care and putting their clients first. If you share that passion, then you could be a great addition to their team. If you are excited by this rewarding opportunity to become a Care Assistant & Companion, then please click “apply.”
