£9.50 - £14.25 per hour, plus mileage allowance

We are looking for compassionate and empathetic Care Assistant & Companions in the Crewe, Nantwich, Alsager, Sandbach, Winsford, Middlewich, Holmes Chapel and surrounding areas of South Cheshire. Experience is preferred but not essential as excellent training is provided. However, it is essential that you have a driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Could you do this job?
You would be carefully matched to older adults in your local area and you will support them to remain independent both in their own home and by keeping them active in the local community. All their clients’ needs vary, from companionship to assisting with personal care, helping with domestic duties & preparing meals, to help with medication or taking them out.
You could have personal experience of caring for a loved one and you want to help someone else in need. Maybe you are currently working in a residential care home, or you have previously worked in the sector, and you want to return to work for a provider that you can be proud of. Above all, if you are caring in nature, patient and have a vibrant personality, then this is perfect for you.
