We have full-time & part-time job vacancies for Care Assistants & Dementia Advocates in the Ashford area of Kent. Car Drivers are essential.

  • £9.50 - £15.50 per hour
  • You will have availability between 07:00am – 12pm & 16:00 – 22:00pm
  • We are particularly looking for people with Early Morning, Evening & Weekend Availability.
  • Free DBS and uniform

About you: -

You do not have to have any previous experience in care, in fact, you may be looking for a complete career change or looking for a part-time job following early retirement. You will be naturally caring, empathetic and someone that wants to be a Care Assistant for all the right reasons. You will be friendly and easy to talk to, part of being a Care Assistant includes being a companion and building a relationship built on trust.  You will be the type of person that will make them feel relaxed and at ease with you.


  • Assisting with morning, lunchtime, evening, and weekend routines
  • Helping with medication prompts.
  • Assisting clients to wash, dress, and helping them to the toilet if needed.
  • Light housework.
  • Taking them out into the local community or to attend appointments.
