Care Assistant & Support Worker, Wakefield & Castleford

£9.30 - £9.50 per hour plus mileage allowance  

Full, part and bank hours available covering mornings, evenings and alternate weekends 

We are recruiting for Care Assistants & Support Workers for one of the main local homecare providers in the Wakefield and Castleford areas of West Yorkshire. 

Whether you are an experienced Carer, or you’re looking for a career change, you are a student, or you are semi-retired, we would love to hear from you! No experience is required as excellent, PAID training is provided in a friendly, positive environment. However, it is essential that you are a driver and have access to your own vehicle.

Your role will be supporting an older adult with their morning and evening routines, helping prepare meals, help with medication, help them with personal tasks, assist them with personal care and be a great companion for them. You may also do light house work or take them out into the local community to attend appointments.
