We are looking for Care Assistants to join our friendly team in the Birmingham area of the West Midlands to provide Care and Home Help to older adults living in your local community. Due to the nature of this role, you must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
If you have recently lost your job, you have personal experience of caring for a relative or friend, or you are looking for a rewarding career in a sector that matters more than ever, then this could be the role for you.
Why work for this employer?
You would be joining a homecare provider who pride themselves on providing quality support and putting people at the heart of their service. They aim to deliver the very best care available, the sort of support you would want for your own relative. They are a fantastic employer too and a career as a Care Assistant could just be the beginning of your journey with this organisation, for those with ambition they will invest in you and the opportunity is there to progress.
People often have the wrong perception of what role Care Assistants do. All our clients’ needs vary, from assisting with personal care, domestic duties & preparing meals to help with medication or keeping them active in the community. If you also think about everything you do daily, you would be supporting someone to do the same. If you are caring in nature, trustworthy, patient and understanding and want to make a difference, then why not do something rewarding.
