Care Assistant to Manager

You may start your journey as a Care Assistant & Companion, but in this sector, there are endless opportunities to learn and progress into more Senior roles. Our Operations Manager started as a Care Assistant, but then progressed into senior roles, and she has not looked back. She has now been with us for over 8 years. Who knows, you could have a similar career path?

Benefits & Hours

  • £10.00 - £11.00 per hour, plus mileage & Paid Travel Time.
  • Award Winning Training.
  • Flexible, Part-Time Hours available between 7am – 10pm (16-30 Hours per week).
  • Alternative Weekend working.
  • Minimum 1-hour home visit.
  • Paid DBS check.
  • Excellent initial training, ongoing support & development.
