About us

We are extremely passionate what we do, and we are very lucky to have a team that share our own values and beliefs.  We are always aiming to be the first choice when it comes to looking for or receiving care.  We have strong values that are cascaded to all our team and finding likeminded, genuine caring people is important to us.

About you

You will possibly have no experience in care, or you may have cared for a relative and loved the reward of being there for someone!   Do not worry most of our Care Assistants (Who are brilliant) have come from all different, previous careers.  Many people made the move into care recently as they saw the key role Care Assistants play in the community.  Many of our team say, “Why didn’t I do this job sooner”!  Which is wonderful to hear.

If you have always wanted a career in care, or always had the urge to do something rewarding, then you are just the person we are looking for.  Please click on apply and the first stage would be for us to talk to you about the role in more detail.  Lots of people think they know what care involves, but you would be surprised how wrong they can be too!
