Care Companion, Malvern

We are looking for fantastic Care Companions living close to the Malvern area of Worcestershire to join a brand-new homecare provider aspiring to change the way people think about care and how it is delivered to older adults living in their own homes in the local community.

Full training is provided so prior experience is not essential, you just need a kind and caring nature, and a passion to make a difference in the life of an older person. It is essential that you hold a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle.

We have hours available in Colwall, Upton upon Severn, Welland, Powick, Worcester, Callow End, Kempsey, Hanley Swan, Clifton, Hanley Castle, Rushwick, Hallow and surrounding areas.

Pay rates, hours & benefits

  • £9.00 - £11.00 per hour + 30p mileage allowance;
  • Full and part-time hours, contracted hours;
  • Flexible hours so you can meet your personal and family commitments;
  • Enough time between calls so you can arrive safely and be composed;

All of the people our client supports have different needs. As their Care Companion, you will provide companionship, assist with personal care, help with domestic duties, preparing meals and medication, or taking them out to continue doing the things they love such as shopping, going to a show or to a local community group. If you think about everything you do daily, you would be supporting someone to do the same.
