Care Coordinator, Bradford

£20K - £23K per annum DOE

Full-time, 37.5 – 40 hours per week

We are looking for the best Care Coordinator living close to the Bradford area of West Yorkshire.

As their Care Coordinator, you will be key in ensuring that all client visits are allocated, and you will also be involved in the recruitment process of new carers and processing new referrals. You will ensure that compliance with all office procedures are up to date. You will be an integral part to the service delivery and a key part in ensuring that high standards are maintained

What experience & qualifications are required?

  • You will have experience in the homecare sector;
  • Ideally, you will hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, or equivalent;
  • It is preferred that you are a car driver and have access to a vehicle;
