Are you an experienced Care Coordinator close to the Northampton area who is wanting to take their next step and become a Care Manager? If so, then this could be the job role for you.

This role is based close to the A508 and A43 roads and is approximately a 15-minute commute from the centre of Northampton. 

Key Information

  • £27.5K - £32.5K per annum DOE.
  • Full-time hours.
  • Performance related bonus.
  • Company pension scheme. 
  • Experience and proven track record working within the homecare/domiciliary sector.
  • Minimum Level 3 Health & Social Care, but ideally Level 5.
  • Good knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership & management skills.
  • Proven track record of building and developing high performance teams.
  • Car Driver essential.
  • Flexibility to work outside of Monday – Friday, 9-5 pattern to meet needs of business.

Your role

You will join an established team and form a working partnership with the Owner, Registered Manager, and senior Management team. You will oversee and coordinate the care service, ensuring the highest standard of care is provided at all times. Your role will be pivotal in leading your team, motivating, and inspiring them to provide the highest standards of care to clients. You will manage the client acquisition process, from initial contact, to care plans and adherence to regulatory requirements. You will be a good manager of people whilst also bringing a positive and fresh approach to the day-to-day operations. You will also be crucial in the future business development, building fantastic working relationships and helping to grow the service to exciting new levels.
