Care Coordinator/Deputy Manager, Isle of Wight

£26K - £30K per annum DOE

We are looking for an experienced Care Coordinator/Deputy Manager living in the Isle of Wight who is hungry to progress and become a Registered Care Manager.

If you have experience in a senior role and you are now looking for the next step in your career, then we could have what you are looking for. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a brand-new homecare company and help it get off the ground.

Come and join the best!

You could be joining an award-winning national brand who focus on a companionship led care service. They have won multiple awards over the years and have built an excellent reputation within communities across the UK. This exceptional service is different to any other care organisation in the area, providing a minimum of 1-hour home visits to a purely private client base, but the focus being on companionship. Imagine having Dementia but still being able to go to your dancing class on a Saturday, still being able to pick up your pension, still going into town on a Wednesday for cream tea! This organisation makes these things happen every day!

Sounds exciting, right? So, what will the role involve?

You will play a pivotal role, you will be the face of the service and the one that cascades the values of the organisation to its staff team and to its customers. You will be the first person their clients meet so from the first meeting you will set the standard. You will have the customers’ needs at the heart of what you do, and you will lead your team to deliver only the best care. You will be an excellent people person and be able to build strong relationships within the local community.

What qualifications and experience will you need?

As their Registered Manager, you will be determined and passionate about homecare and have the leadership skills to deliver excellence. You will have a warm and welcoming personality and be someone that our clients will trust.  You will also hold excellent care standards and ideally be qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, or equivalent. Being a car driver is essential.

If you are excited by this opportunity, then we would love to hear from you. Within their organisation if you shine opportunities are created.  They have ambitious plans for the future, and you could be part of that!  When you do click on apply, Health & Social Care Jobs will contact you and you will get the opportunity to discuss this amazing opportunity in more detail.
