We have a permanent, full-time job vacancy for a Care Coordinator in the London Borough of Haringey, Greater London.   This is a CQC Outstanding, Private Homecare Provider who is looking for someone who wants to work for the best of the best.  You will be passionate about high standards and cascading our excellence to everyone you come into contact with.

Location
This job vacancy is easily accessible via the London Underground with the nearest Tube Station’s being Wood Green/Turnpike Lane which are located on the Piccadilly Line. The nearest overground station would be Hornsey, which is 1.1 miles away. The job may suit candidates living in Edmonton, Whetstone, Finchley, Hampstead, Camden, Tottenham, Walthamstow, Enfield, Islington, and nearby areas.
 
  • £29 - £32K per annum DOE.
  • Full-time hours include on-call 1 evening per week, 1 weekend in 3.
  • Experience in scheduling/rota planning/coordinating – essential.
  • Strong work ethic, organisation skills, and positive personality – essential
  • Progression opportunity to Deputy Manager in the future.

The Team & Your Role

You will be part of a fabulous team who all share the same values. You will be highly personable, engaging, excellent telephone manner with attention to outstanding customer service, a clear thinker who understands what the role entails.  The Branch is made-up of 4 office staff with the opportunity available to progress to Deputy Manager in the future. They support 30 lovely clients in the local community, for quality a minimum of one hour care calls, and they deliver around 500 private care hours per week. They are looking for a Care Coordinator that will ensure that the homecare support they provide is delivered the way the customers want it, when they want it, and is to the highest possible standard. Your role will include: -
  • Identify suitable matches for clients.
  • Schedule carers weekly and monthly rotas.
  • Accepting, allocating and processing referrals for new work.
  • Talking to the customers on a regular basis about their care.
  • Identify recruitment current and future needs.
  • Take part in the on-call rota on a rotational basis.
