We are looking for an experienced Care Coordinator/Scheduler who has previous Care Coordinating experience within Domiciliary Care/Homecare.  You will be living within traveling distance to the Ellesmere Port area of Cheshire. The role is commutable from all around the River Mersey, including Chester (20mins), Birkenhead (22mins), Runcorn (24mins) and surrounding towns and villages.  Due to the location of the service, you will need to be a driver.

What would the job involve?

Like your role within Homecare / Domiciliary care, you will be scheduling, planning and Coordinating, but instead of Care Workers, you will be planning our ambulances.
