Health and Social Care Jobs have a full time, permanent job vacancy for a care coordinator / scheduler based within a homecare office near Stockport, Greater Manchester.  We welcome applications from experienced care coordinators, or experienced field care supervisors / senior care assistants who are looking for an office-based role where they can put their field experience into use as a care coordinator.

  • Up to £22,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)
  • Office based, flexible hours

 

Location

The office is located 5 miles / 21 minute drive via A6 from Hazel Grove, 6 miles / 24 minute drive via A34 from Manchester Central, 6 miles / 19 minute drive via M60 from Ashton-under-Lyne and 13.4 miles / 27 minute drive via M60 from Altringham.

The Service & Your Role

You will be joining a growing team who provide premium, quality homecare to adults with physical  and / or learning disabilities along with older adults within their own homes.  As care coordinator, you will manage the daily communications of the office, liaising with the team and ensuring all clients needs are met.  You will have a passion to make a difference and thrive at organisation, planning and prioritising.

Essential Criteria

  • Previous experience within domiciliary / homecare sector.
  • Health & Social Care qualification
  • Full UK Driving Licence
