Care Manager, Stockport

£28K - £32K per annum DOE

We are looking for a dedicated individual to become a Care Manager and living close to the Stockport area of Greater Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly established homecare provider and help take the service to the next level.

You will be joining an organisation who are dedicated to supporting each one of their clients to the highest standard. They support older people and younger adults with physical disabilities in the comfort of their own home as well as providing palliative care. What qualifications and experience will you need?

  • You will be determined and passionate about homecare and have the leadership skills to deliver excellence;
  • You will hold a minimum NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, or equivalent;
  • Being a car driver is essential;
  • You will be a positive, hardworking role model who shares these values and is able to build lasting relationships in the community.
