We are seeking Care Assistant & Companions who live in the Chesterfield area of Derbyshire. This is a part-time job and you will need to be a car driver with access to your own car.
Due to the nature of our work we have seniors living in the local community looking for Key Workers in Ashgate, Brampton, Brimington, Calow, Coal Aston, Dronfield areas Chesterfield. If you do live in any of these local areas, we do have job vacancies for the right people.
Who would I be working for?
The providers are a husband and wife team who are passionate about how our older people should be looked after in old age, one of the Directors was a Nurse for over 30 years, she understands what it takes to provide the highest standard of care and go above and beyond for those that need support.
They are an award-winning provider who focus on a bespoke companionship/relationship led care service. They have won multiple awards over the years and have built an excellent reputation within communities across the UK. This exceptional service is different to any other care organisation in the area, providing a minimum of 1-hour with the focus being on companionship.
What would I be doing?
By becoming a Care Assistant & Companion you will be helping an older person in your local community not only combat loneliness but also help them stay independent. Everyone’s needs differ, some of our clients are more independent than others, you will be matched to an older adult in your local area needing companionship and support. This could vary from helping them to get up, have a bath/shower/wash, get dressed, have breakfast to preparing a meal or taking them out for the day after the social distancing has ended. To be a fantastic companion you must be:
- Caring, compassionate and patient?
- Do you have a great personality and would make a fantastic Care Professional?
- A car driver with access to your own car?
- Looking for a part-time job where you can make a difference?
- Available for either early mornings, lunchtimes, evenings, and alternate weekends?
