Care Quality Manager, North West
£43K - £50K per annum DOE including car allowance
We are looking for an experienced and quality focussed Care Quality Manager based in the North West but covering the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a wonderful care provider and be part of something special, something exclusive where only the highest standards are accepted.
This role would suit an individual living in Liverpool, Manchester, Preston, Stoke or nearby places in the North. The role would involve being office-based Monday and Friday and travelling to different locations the rest of the week.

Sounds exciting, right? So, what will the role involve?
As their Care Quality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in visiting services and conducting audits based on company and CQC standards. You will produce reports to document your findings and help improve service quality. You will provide both training and mentoring to services to help them deliver high quality relationship-led home care for older people in their communities. You will help support the growth and development of the services, promoting the core values of the organisation.
What qualifications and experience will you need?
- As their Quality Manager, you will be a strong and passionate individual who has the leadership skills to deliver excellence.
- You will also have excellent care standards and excellent CQC and compliance knowledge.
- You will have experience at a senior level within the health or social care industry from either the public, private or independent sectors.
- Being a car driver is essential as is a willingness to travel throughout the UK and stay overnight.
