Full-time

We are looking for a Supervisor/Deputy who is hungry for the next challenge in their career and is ready to become a Care Quality Manager. You could be joining an employee-owned homecare provider built on fantastic values close to the Leeds area of West Yorkshire.

This is truly an amazing opportunity as there is fantastic scope to grow within this role and become a Registered Manager. They invest in people, develop their team and support you through further qualifications to help you flourish, but also building a pipeline for future management for the company and the care sector. You could be part of that!

An extra special organisation

This organisation always put their clients’ needs first, providing the highest quality homecare to help adults live life to the full. They also recognise the importance of their workforce in delivering high-quality care, so they are employee owned, meaning employees share the profits. This allows them to have low staff turnover, set the highest standards and always go the extra mile for those who need it most, their clients.

As their Quality Manager, you will support a number of team leaders and ensure the highest standard of support is provided at all times. You will carry out appraisals and regular meetings with your team and developing and supporting the training delivery. You will always put the clients first, implementing any improvements when required to ensure that the client’s needs are always met and meet the relevant regulations.

What experience & qualifications are required?

  • You will have experience in a Senior/Supervisor/Deputy role within a homecare setting;
  • You will hold a minimum of Level 3 in Health & Social Care, or equivalent, but they will support you to undertake your Level 5 if you do not already hold this qualification;
  • It is essential that you hold a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle.

If you are excited by this amazing job opportunity, we would love to hear from you. We are proud to recruit for the Social Care Sector and when you click on apply, one of our friendly careers advisors will contact you to discuss this in more detail. We only employ experts, so you can always rely on us to look after you during your career change.
