Care Quality Supervisor, Cardiff

Full-time, 40 hours per week

As their Care Quality Supervisor, you will be pivotal in ensuring that the care delivered is of the highest standard and meets all the relevant regulatory requirements. You will supervise their exceptional team, carrying out spot checks and observations, providing feedback and motivating each of them to be the best they can be. You will be key in ensuring the service achieves outstanding feedback from the CIW, so you will be passionate about high quality homecare and making a difference in the lives of the people you support.

What experience and qualifications will you need?

You will have excellent leadership skills to lead and you will have experience in a supervisory role. You will hold an NVQ Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care. You will also have excellent knowledge of the sector and CIW requirements. Being a car driver is essential.
