We are looking for a vibrant and engaging Care Quality Supervisor (Homecare) close to the Harlow area of Essex. It is essential that you have experience in the homecare sector and ideally at a Supervisory level. It is also essential that you are a car driver.


This role is accessible from the M11 and M25 roads. The role is a reasonable commute from Harlow (18mins/7.9 miles), Waltham Abbey (18mins/6.3 miles), Ongar (26mins/ 11.9 miles), Loughton (11mins/4.3 miles) and surrounding areas. The office is also close to the high street and local supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and local amenities.

Care Quality Supervisor – Job Description

This is a newly created role and will pivotal in ensuring the quality of care is at the highest possible standards at all times as well as cascading the values of the service. The role will include:

  • Visiting new referrals, introducing the service & getting an understanding of their needs.
  • Writing detailed personalised care plans around the client’s needs & requests.
  • Maintaining quality assurance and good customer service.
  • Conducting regular reviews.
  • Marketing & networking.
  • Participating in the on-call rota, 1 weekend in 4.

We are looking for a positive, personable, hardworking individual who is passionate about quality homecare. You will be eager to progress within the role and the business, becoming a key player and in the process helping the business grow to exciting new levels.

  • You will have experience in homecare and ideally at a Supervisory level.
  • You will ideally have some clinical/health knowledge, so the role may suit an ex-Nurse, a Social Worker or Care Supervisor looking for a new opportunity.
  • It is essential that you drive.
