We are looking for an enthusiastic and positive Care Recruitment Administrator living close to the Weybridge area of Surrey to join an excellent homecare provider.

Maybe you are an experienced Carer or Field Care Supervisor who is looking for a new challenge? You will also play big role in developing an on boarding strategy for overseas candidates, from the initial first contact, to collection at the airport and through the early stages of their employment.

What experience & qualifications are required?

  • You will have experience and knowledge in the care sector;
  • It is essential that you have a driving licence and access to a vehicle;
  • It is desirable that you have experience of recruitment practices and campaigns;
  • Above all, you will be a bubbly, proactive individual with excellent people and communication skills, as well as someone who strives to give their best at all times.
