We have an exciting opportunity to join an established homecare provider in the Sutton area of Greater London as a Care Supervisor.
This permanent job vacancy may also be suitable for candidates living in the nearby London areas of Mitcham, Wallington, or Croydon. It may also suit a candidate living in the Epsom or Banstead areas of surrey.
- Up to £29K per annum (includes on-call).
- Full-time, permanent job. Mon – Fri, on-call 1 weekend in 4 and 1 weekday per week.
The Provider
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established homecare brand who support older adults in their own homes across the Sutton and Surrey areas. Rated Good by the CQC, their compassionate team are all committed to providing high quality care and support. We are looking for a Field Care Supervisor to who will be happy to go out and meet clients, build positive relationships, and provide leadership and mentoring to a team of dedicate Care Assistants.
Your Role
You will play a key part in monitoring the quality of care being provided to clients, writing care plans, liaising with clients, and providing supervision and mentoring to carers. This job vacancy could be an ideal opportunity for a Senior Care Assistant or an experienced carer who is ready to progress, and someone who is passionate about the sector.
Criteria
- Minimum Level 2 Health & Social Care.
- Experience in homecare/domiciliary care as a Care Assistant/Senior/Supervisor – essential.
- Full driving licence & access to a car – essential.
