We have a full time, permanent job vacancy for a Care Supervisor - Client Assessments for a Private Homecare/Domiciliary Care Agency in the Stockport area. A Car Driver is essential.

£24K per annum DOE, Plus Mileage

Location of the Service

On-site parking is available at the Branch which is situated in the Stockport area of the city, this job vacancy is 10 Mins/ 2.4 Miles from Levenshulme, 10 mins/0.5 Miles from Reddish, 23 Mins / 5.9 Miles from Manchester City Centre, 10 Mins / 2.6 Miles from Stockport, 21 Mins/10.7 Miles from Stretford, 21 Mins/10.6 Miles from Sale and 15 Mins from Audenshaw and Wythenshawe.  Within easy access from the A6, B5169, or M60 Motorway.

They have a lovely well-established team including Registered Manager, 3 x Quality & Compliance Supervisor’s, Care Coordinator, and of course the owners.

You Duties

As the Care Assessment Supervisor, you will focus on meeting new clients in their own homes and undertaking initial assessments.  You will also carry out client updates, customer service, and quality visit’s and calls to ensure the people we support are completely happy with the service they are receiving. You will play a very important role within the local community, representing the organisation and cascading the company values to everyone you come into contact with.  You will be a team player always happy to assist a colleague or the team.

Desired Experience

  • Previous experience as a Care Supervisor or Senior Care Assistant.
  • An excellent understanding of what quality care looks like
  • A natural leader of people
  • Ideally QCF Level 3 Health & Social Care
  • Previous experience of creating care plans and risk assessments.

 

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to work for a private homecare provider where calls are never rushed.  If you enjoy meeting the clients and setting up their care packages this is a very customer-facing role, so should be perfect for you.  There will be a chance to progress in the future to a more Senior role if you desired.
