As the Care Assessment Supervisor, you will focus on meeting new clients in their own homes and undertaking initial assessments. You will also carry out client updates, customer service, and quality visit’s and calls to ensure the people we support are completely happy with the service they are receiving. You will play a very important role within the local community, representing the organisation and cascading the company values to everyone you come into contact with. You will be a team player always happy to assist a colleague or the team.
- Previous experience as a Care Supervisor or Senior Care Assistant.
- An excellent understanding of what quality care looks like
- A natural leader of people
- Ideally QCF Level 3 Health & Social Care
- Previous experience of creating care plans and risk assessments.
