We are looking for a Care Supervisor/Team Leader living close in the Bristol area. You would be joining a homecare provider which specialises in providing care for older people, supporting them to live positive, independent lives.

As their Care Supervisor/Team Leader, you will be passionate about what you do and hold the highest standards. You will be supervising and motivating your team to deliver exceptional standards of care. You will ensure that the team are supported, carry out supervisions and ensure all support plans are in place for the and regularly reviewed. You will also participate in the on-call rota with other senior colleagues.

Pay rates, hours & benefits

  • £9.30 rising to 9.80 after probation;
  • 40 hours per week;
  • Paid mileage and travel time;
  • Fully paid induction and ongoing training as required;
  • Free enhanced DBS check;
  • £100 welcome bonus upon completion of probation & Reward Schemes;
  • On-call allowance offering £10 per day Mon-Fri and £50 per day Sat-Sun;
  • 28 days paid holiday & Employee assistance programme.

What experience do I need?

  • Level 2 in Health and Social Care (Adults) or be working towards this;
  • You must hold a driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
