Care Support Worker, Harlow

£16,466 - £17,825 per annum + weekend enhancements + overtime opportunities

Full, part and casual hours available

We are looking for passionate Care Support Workers living close to the Much Hadham area of Hertfordshire to join a charitable organisation with excellent values. They offer continuous commitment to adults and children to give them the best quality of life, making it an inspirational place to work.

This job is an easy commute from Harlow, Bishop’s Stortford, Hertford and surrounding areas. Their site is based in beautiful parkland, but also close to nearby towns and amenities. They run a bus service to collect staff from the local areas.  

No experience is required as excellent training is provided. All you need is to be dedicated, caring and passionate about making a difference in people’s lives.

Our client who is a locally based charitable organisation provides high quality specialist care and support to people of all ages with complex neurological conditions, epilepsy and associated disabilities. You would be working in the adult residential home, helping them to remain independent in the on-site bungalows encouraging them to reach their potential. You will also assist with leisure activities such as horse-riding and swimming, alongside general domestic duties and personal care.
