Health and Social Care Jobs have a full time, 12 Month FTC job vacancy for a Deputy Children's Home Manager based in Bromley, South East London. This Residential Children’s Home is easily commutable from Bromley, Croydon, Dartford, Sevenoaks and surrounding areas of South East London.
- £30,000 - £35,000 per annum DOE (negotiable)

This child-centred, therapeutic approach combines care, education, and therapy to meet each child and young person’s needs.
The Service & Your Role
You will be Deputy Manager to a well-established team of children’s residential support workers, who put their everything into helping the children they support. This is a 4 bed, long term home to children who are aged 6-10 on admission, and who have been impacted by disrupted attachments, early life trauma and / or adverse childhood experiences. As Deputy Manager, you will assist the Registered Manager to lead, manage and develop the team of children’s residential support workers. You will work hard to maintain the great systems they currently have in place, which has led to positive outcomes for children time and time again.
- Level 3 Health & Social Care Children & Young People (or equivalent)
- Leadership & Management experience within a Children’s Residential Home
- Good understanding of Residential Children’s Home legislations & framework
- Involvement & understanding of successful outcomes with OFSTED
- Full UK Driving Licence
- 18 years of age or over*
