The Provider

This is a specialist residential childcare and education provider, who pride themselves on creating bespoke, tailor made care packages to suit each child or young person as an individual.  They provide long-term and short-term placements dependent on the needs of the individual, to children and young people who display emotional, social, behavioural, and / or educational difficulties.  This provider encourages the use of the outdoors as a form of therapy, allowing the children and young people access to outdoor activities, farmland, and forestry school as alternative learning experiences.  They also have their own education facilities to ensure multi-agency working flows and each child is always at the centre.  With many reviews on leading employer review websites describing this provider as “passionate”, “committed” and “friendly”, they have a great ethos which travels through to both staff teams and young people making them a great organisation to work for.
