We are looking night owls to become a Children’s Residential Support Worker close to the Southampton area of Hampshire. You must be over the age of 21, have experience working with children living with Learning Disabilities/Autism, and be happy to work night shifts.

This role is within commutable distance from West End (15mins), Eastleigh (16mins), Bursledon (18mins), Romsey (23mins), and the surrounding towns and villages.

You would be joining a small residential home for boys aged 8-18 living with Learning Disabilities, Autism and challenging behaviours, in a small 6 bedded home rated as Outstanding. Wow!

As their Night Support Worker, you will support the children as and when needed through the night. You will be pivotal in ensuring their safety and well-being. You will also help with domestic duties such as keeping the home tidy. This is a truly rewarding service to be a part of.

 

Children's Support Worker Hours & Salary

  • £9.30 - £9.55 per hour DOE;
  • 28.5 hours per week;
  • 3 nights per week, 9:45pm – 7:15am.
