Children’s Residential Team Leader, Settle

£21K – £27K DOE

 

We are looking for an enthusiastic Children’s Residential Team Leader living close to the Settle area in North Yorkshire to join a highly rated residential and education care provider for children with Emotional Behavioural Difficulties. We are looking for individuals with a hands-on approach to support the children to achieve positive outcomes.

  • £21,621 - £27,258 per annum DOE;
  • £78.30 per sleep-in (included in salary);
  • Full-time hours;

What qualifications & experience are required to be a Team Leader?

  • You will ideally hold Level 3 in Residential Childcare or Children & Young People Workforce – or be willing to work towards it and complete it within 2 years of starting employment;
  • You will ideally have worked within a similar setting;
  • You will be flexible to work on a variety of shifts including weekends on a rota basis;
  • It is essential that you have a driving licence and access to a vehicle.
