A family run organisation and provider of therapeutic residential support for children and young people who have Autism / ASC. They offer structured and personalised support, including 1 to 1 support and group sessions, within a safe and homely atmosphere. What are the wages & benefits?

  • £9.17 - £9.73 per hour + £67.50 per sleep in;
  • 40 hours per week on a flexible shifts pattern with additional sleep in’s;

What experience will be needed to be your Team Leader?

  • It is essential a level 3 in Children and Young People or Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare;
  • Experience working with Autism/ASC, 1 year or more.
  • You must have a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle;
  • You must be flexible and committed to the role.

As Team Leader you will work with the Home Manager and your team to deliver the highest quality care and support for the children and young people. You will help the children and young people to achieve their full potential by community involvement, focusing on social skills, independence, quality of life plan and personal development. You will be enthusiastic in your approach to tough challenges and to be assertive and remain calm under pressure when a situation arises.
